Positional and simultaneous 5-axis toolpaths for complex contours, blades and undercuts — simulated against your machine before the code reaches it.
Five-axis machining adds two rotary axes to X, Y and Z. In 3+2 (positional) work, the part is tilted and locked, then cut as a 3-axis operation, which gives access to angled faces in one setup. In simultaneous work, all five axes move together while cutting, so the tool can follow complex surfaces continuously.
Simultaneous programs depend heavily on the machine's kinematics and controller. We simulate with collision checking and make sure the post processor output matches how your machine handles tool-centre-point motion.
Continuous motion over curved blade surfaces.
Smooth finishing on freeform shapes.
Tilt the tool or part for access with shorter tools.
Several faces machined in one clamping.
Correct output for your kinematics.

Toolpaths built and checked for collisions against the setup.
Code matched to your machine and controller, with setup notes.
It is programming where all five axes (X, Y, Z and two rotary axes) move at the same time while cutting, so the tool can follow complex surfaces continuously.
In 3+2, the rotary axes position the part and lock before a 3-axis cut. In simultaneous 5-axis, the rotary axes keep moving during the cut.
Yes. We provide 5-axis Mastercam programming from Coimbatore, including simultaneous work.
The output has to match your machine's configuration and how the controller handles tool-centre-point motion. A mismatched post can give wrong motion, so we match it to your machine.
